Descriptions

Face Recognition Processing Board (1GB RAM + 4GB Flash)

The processing board handles face matching and liveness checks, with a minimum of 1 GB RAM and 4 GB Flash. It delivers face verification in ≤1 second with a minimum 99% accuracy under normal operating conditions, and supports a minimum of 20,000 faces, 20,000 cards and 3,000 fingerprints.

Dual-Camera Imaging Module (Visible + IR) with Liveness Detection

Dual cameras (visible light plus infrared, or equivalent) capture each subject and support live face detection during verification. Recognition distance is configurable from a minimum of 0.3m to 1.5m or above.

IPS Capacitive Touch Screen with Voice Broadcast

The capacitive touch IPS/LCD screen (minimum 5-inch, 720p equivalent or higher) guides each user through verification, and voice broadcast announces the result audibly.

Multi-Biometric & Card Authentication

The terminal supports face, fingerprint and smart card authentication, along with palm or equivalent contactless biometric technology and QR authentication.

LAN & Wi-Fi Network Connectivity

The terminal connects through LAN or Wi-Fi, with real-time cloud connectivity and Android and iOS app connectivity.

Access Control Device

Ethernet, USB Host, Wiegand, Relay & RS-485 Interfaces

The terminal offers 10/100/1000 Ethernet, USB Host, Wiegand, Relay and RS232/RS485 (or equivalent) interfaces for connecting to door hardware and external systems.

Door Lock & Push Switch Integration

The supplied installation scope covers push switch installation, and door lock installation is optional. The relay interface connects the terminal to the door control.

Power Connection Kit

The installation scope covers device adapter mounting and power connection, along with a 10-meter power cable.

Cloud-Based Attendance Software & Mobile Apps

The cloud software provides a live attendance dashboard and feed, plus detailed reports (entry time, exit time, late marking) in daily, weekly and monthly views with export. It also covers bulk employee upload, a basic HRIS profile database, employee self-login, leave and holiday management, enrol-once-use-everywhere, multiple admin access and Android and iOS apps, all hosted in an encrypted provider data center, with a service period of at least 3 years from purchase and future connection to a centralized attendance system.

Management Solution

Live Graphical Attendance Summary Dashboard

Gives administrators a live graphical view of attendance across the workforce from the web console and mobile app.

  • View live attendance totals at a glance
  • Monitor attendance status without opening detailed reports
  • Spot attendance patterns from one summary screen
  • Check the same dashboard on the Android or iOS app
Questions & Answers
★ Official Answer

The terminal uses dual cameras (visible light plus infrared, or equivalent) with liveness detection, and live face detection is part of the specification. Recognition accuracy is specified at a minimum of 99% under normal operating conditions. The specification sheet does not publish attack-specific test rates against photo or video spoofing, so evaluators wanting those figures should request them from the manufacturer.

★ Official Answer

The terminal is specified for 50,000 faces, 50,000 cards and 3,000 fingerprints, backed by a minimum of 1 GB RAM and 4 GB Flash, with face verification in ≤1 second. This gives high-volume facilities a single-device capacity that meets the specification.

★ Official Answer

The terminal supports both LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, with real-time cloud connection and Android and iOS app connectivity. The specification does not describe automatic failover between the two links, so failover behavior should be confirmed with the manufacturer during technical evaluation.

★ Official Answer

The terminal offers Wiegand, Relay and RS232/RS485 (or equivalent) interfaces, plus a USB Host port and 10/100/1000 Ethernet, so it can be wired into existing door control hardware. Push switch installation is included in the installation scope, and door lock installation is optional. Barrier gate integration is not separately specified, so it should be verified for each site.
